Moving on from that, make sure that you yourself are well presented - in these competitive markets you need to ensure that you stand out from the crowd and make the best possible impression that you can on potential employers.

My Background

I have worked for Morgan McKinley since 2005 and over that time have recruited across a number of disciplines including Accounting & Finance, Office Support, Financial Services, Sales and Marketing. In September 2017 I became part of Morgan McKinley Group's recruitment solutions business M3S Talent Solutions and am now Talent Acquisition Team Leader within that business.
