Research shows it takes 7 seconds for someone to make their first impression of you, simple but effective things like knowing your CV, dressing appropriately and having a professional manner for an interview will give a great first impression when interviewing for roles.

My Background

Previous to working in recruitment I worked in the Beauty industry managing salons and working as a therapist it was this industry which showed me that I wanted to work in a role helping people, while living in Australia I then decided to change career and began working in Healthcare Recruitment. I realized I loved working in the recruitment industry and when I moved home to Ireland I started in Morgan McKinley on the Business Support team.
