The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for business customers, managing relationships with National and Wholesale accounts. This is a great opportunity to join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales with new and existing Commercial customers through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Address inquiries promptly, resolve payment disputes, and ensure smooth account management.
- Monitor sales metrics and apply insights to refine strategies and achieve goalBuild strong, lasting partnerships by understanding clients' businesses and decision-making processes.
- Generate new leads, close deals, and expand opportunities with existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop business cases and pricing for new product launches.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and support strategic growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in B2B sales and a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach.
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Organized multitasker with excellent numeric skills.
- Proven success in sales and customer service, with solid MS Office skills.
- Collaborative and willing to support the broader Commercial Sales team.
