About Our Client:
Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading supplier of mechanical products and process equipment, specializing in providing customized solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Due to recent expansion, they are seeking an Internal Technical Sales Representative to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be client-facing with a commercial mindset, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for fostering long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with external sales executives to manage sales activities within your region, engage key clients, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions, sales progress, and business opportunities, maintaining accurate records.
- Manage the entire sales cycle for the product portfolio, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Provide expert guidance to clients, delivering tailored solutions that align with their needs and objectives.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to align sales strategies, market development goals, and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
- Deliver timely updates and actionable reporting to inform decision-making.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial, engineering, or product-based environments.
- Familiarity with venting systems or similar product portfolios is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Experience in health & safety or compliance-focused environments is beneficial.
- Commercially driven with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
