Role Overview:
An opportunity has become available for a Junior Graphic Designer with a B2B Saas software company in Cork. This role can be remote, open to candidates outside of Cork.
As Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the brand and helping to further grow within the company's new brand guidelines. Thus enhancing the impact of marketing, sales, and product communications. Working mainly with marketing but collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design compelling visuals and experiences that resonate with a B2B audience, driving engagement and supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints to ensure consistency and appeal.
- Marketing Collateral: Design engaging materials, including but not limited to whitepapers, case studies, infographics, social media graphics, and email templates.
- Web and Digital Assets: Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create and optimize website visuals, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Product Visualization: Work with the product team to create mockups, UI concepts, and animations that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Presentation Design: Develop impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including pitch decks, sales enablement materials, and event visuals.
- Event Support: Design assets for conferences, webinars, and trade shows, such as banners, backdrops, and promotional materials.
- Creative Ideation: Partner with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that capture attention and drive action.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2/3 years of experience in design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva. Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including branding, digital assets, and print design.
- Collaboration: Experience working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and explain design decisions.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and pivot quickly based on feedback and business needs.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS products and a basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a bonus.
