We are seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer to support the wider business by qualifying new and upgraded equipment. The role focuses on writing and executing test scripts, Installation Qualifications (IQs), and Operational Qualifications (OQs). This is a hands-on role with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing processes in the medical devices industry.

Requirements
- Essential: Experience in creating and executing qualification and validation documents (e.g., IQs, OQs, test scripts).
- Previous exposure to project-based equipment validation, including documentation of equipment types, project scope, and timelines.
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Automation Engineer (Junior), CQV Engineer, or Commissioning Engineer.
- Strong communication skills are non-negotiable-collaborative team culture is key.
- Ability to commute or relocate as required; candidates must provide a clear commuting plan.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IQs, OQs, and other qualification documents for new and upgraded equipment.
- Write and implement detailed test scripts to validate equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the wider business to ensure effective commissioning and qualification of equipment.
- Support validation and project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Engage with vendors and cross-functional teams to define specifications and manage equipment integration.
- Maintain compliance with GMP and regulatory standards throughout the validation process.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with equipment qualification and validation in manufacturing or regulated environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple complex projects.
