This close knit supportive team are looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to join the team.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain stock levels on EPOS system: reviewing budgets, sales & margins.
· Communicating with suppliers regarding stock issues
· Stock level management
· Processing supplier invoices
· Monthly payment runs
· Recording and reconciliation of daily cash sales
· Bank reconciliations
· Supplier & Customer account reconciliations
· Generating and monitoring Purchase Orders
· Record project job hours and materials used per contract/job.
· Generate monthly invoices
· Generate Quotes
· Qualification and administration of Tenders
· Fleet management: Motor Tax, VRT, Service and Insurance
·
Requirements:
· 5 years experience in a similar role
· Experience with Tender applications an advantage but not essential
· Quotation & Pricing Experience
· Strong communication skills
