Key Responsibilities:
* Project managing outsourced accounting and finance assignments for multinational clients.
* Managing centralised statutory accounting projects.
* Overseeing centralised statutory audit projects.
* Contributing to global tax compliance projects.
* Providing practical accounting advice to clients on a variety of issues.
* Identifying new business opportunities and working with internal contacts to convert leads.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships 1 with senior finance personnel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in relationship management, including negotiating with and influencing senior individuals.
Essential Requirements:
* Part Qualified Accountant actively pursuing professional qualification.
* Experience in relationship management, negotiating with and influencing senior individuals.
* Genuine interest in financial reporting issues.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong project management skills.
* Passion for client service.
* Ability to learn quickly and keep abreast of the latest developments in financial reporting.
* Experience within a multinational or shared services environment.
* Experience managing audit relationships and knowledge of multi-jurisdictional audit assignments.
