Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management accounts.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, including variance analysis.
- Analyse costs, implement control measures, and identify savings opportunities.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Provide financial insights for business strategy, investments, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Irish tax laws and regulations.
- Manage audits and assess financial risks.
- Work with teams to align financial goals and manage financial systems efficiently.
- Drive process enhancements and stay updated on accounting standards and regulations.
Ideal Candidate
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA, Qualified with 3+ years PQE.
- Excellent communication with proven experience developing professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced busy environment and comfortable to work under pressure.
- Strong technical skills, highly numerical and analytical.
