Responsibilities and Duties:
- GMP, HSEQ, and Compliance:
- Fulfill GMP and HSEQ best practices.
- Execute all production activities following applicable procedures.
- Adhere to all HACCP and ISO 9001:2015 Food Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Production Operations:
- Operate equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and organization of assigned areas.
- Ensure equipment verification and calibration before use.
- Sample intermediates, final products, and conduct in-process checks.
- Carry out simple maintenance operations.
- Guarantee accurate and complete documentation (e.g., batch records and production log records).
- Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving:
- Propose changes to improve and optimize area performance.
- Suggest improvements within the production area.
- Identify and report problems, creating notifications to Maintenance when possible.
- Documentation and Training:
- Collaborate in the revision of documentation (process sheets, procedures, and others).
- Participate in the continuous training of new Operators in Production, GMP, and HSEQ.
- Collaborate in the integration of transferred team members from other areas.
- Complete self-evaluations and evaluations of team members under your responsibility.
- Safety, Sanitation, and Security:
- Observe site health and safety regulations, including the maintenance and proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area; adhere to the housekeeping 5S board and maintain dedicated areas.
- Ensure the security of warehouse and production areas.
- Perform health and safety duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
