Tier 1 contractor searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager required to oversee a marquee residential project in East Cork
Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: East Cork (residential)
Salary & Benefits: €75-85k, company vehicle, pension etc.
As a Project Manager with one of Irelands leading building contractors you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a large residential project from conception through to completion. The role will involved collaborating with various stakeholders, managing resources and ensuring that projects meet all safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and sub contractors to ensure the project meets deadlines.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are adhered to.
- Working alongside the commercial team to ensure that the project remains within budget.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship to meet their expectations throughout the project life cycle.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a successful track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient skills in project management software.
