Role and Responsibilities:
As a Company Secretarial Specialist, you will:
- Provide comprehensive governance support, including meeting administration, minute-taking, and managing key follow-ups for board and committee meetings.
- Oversee regulatory filings, Power of Attorney management, and legal entity documentation.
- Assist with regulatory and audit information requests, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Support diverse projects, such as regulatory implementation, incorporations, and entity liquidations.
- Collaborate with a multi-jurisdictional team to streamline processes and enhance governance frameworks.
