As the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, you'll provide essential strategic financial leadership, overseeing finance operations, corporate governance, compliance, HR and IT. Collaborating closely with the CEO and other senior leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting the organisation's sustainable growth and impact.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the CEO, Leadership and Management Teams, Board members, and key stakeholders.
- Provide dynamic and trusted leadership to direct reports, fostering a supportive and responsive environment that encourages growth, agility, and high performance. Empower your team through clear direction, open communication, and a commitment to their development, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet both immediate challenges and long-term goals.
- Offer financial guidance to shape strategic business direction, funding, investments, and long-term planning critical to Charity's future success.
- Oversee the Governance & Compliance Executive to ensure that all policies and procedures are fully implemented and followed by the team.
- Establish robust governance practices,including thorough risk assessment processes, and design and implement efficient internal audit and control systems.
- Evaluate the outcomes of strategic initiatives, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement for the organisation and its stakeholders.
- Play an active role in supporting and engaging with the organisation's change management efforts.
- Diligently support the organisation's fundraising efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
- Proven Finance Leader with a minimum of five year's experience at Director level, demonstrating strong abilities in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Previous experience in the charity sector, with a solid understanding of corporate governance specific to this field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a talent for building and maintaining both new and existing relationships.
