Finance Manager

We're recruiting for an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation in the Education/Public Sector, based in Dublin 4. This hybrid role reports directly to the CEO and involves leading a small finance team of three.This is a great chance to be part of an organisation making a real difference in education across Ireland.

Initially offered as a 6-month contract, there's strong potential for this position to develop into a permanent role within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management accounting, including preparation of monthly accounts and variance analysis.
• Preparing statutory annual accounts for audit.
• Liaising with the Comptroller and Auditor General.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Overseeing finance risk management, procurement, and governance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant with experience managing accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Management experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience within education, research, or the public sector is highly desirable.
• Motivated, driven, and ambitious professional ready to make an impact.
