The Role:
- Advise clients on reviewing, setting up, and enhancing Group Risk benefits programmes.
- Deliver high-value consulting expertise and solutions to a wide variety of businesses.
- Lead client projects, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Manage ongoing broker and insurer relationships to achieve the best results for clients.
- Deliver new business opportunities and contribute to team growth.
- Prepare impactful client reports and presentations for senior executives.
- Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Consulting experience in employee benefits is essential.
- Fully qualified QFA (or equivalent) and authorised to consult on group risk benefits.
- Strong knowledge of Group Life, Group Disability, and overall benefit scheme design.
- Proven experience in a consultancy, brokerage, or insurer environment.
- Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of the Irish employee benefits market.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and Excel skills.
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude and a drive for results.
