Responsibilities
- Data entry and bookkeeping for a client portfolio on a monthly/bi-monthly basis.
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
- Weekly/monthly payroll management for multiple clients.
- Assisting with company secretarial services.
- Addressing client queries and liaising with relevant authorities.
- Maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Handling client communications, correspondence, and archiving tasks.
- Supporting ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
- A business-related degree or Accounting Technician qualification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with accounts preparation, payroll, VAT, and bookkeeping is a plus or willingness to learn.
