Job Title: Medical Sales: Compression Products
Location: Leinster /Greater Dublin Area
Territory: Leinster & Connaught (Flexibility required as territory may extend beyond this region)

Role Objectives:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Focus on sales within the Compression Therapy, Custom Fit, and Ready to Wear product categories, with additional focus areas as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable sales in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through a strategic approach that includes both existing and potential customer engagement.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with senior health professionals across the territory to promote brand loyalty and customer retention.
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge, ensuring a thorough understanding of Compression Therapy and its associated medical disciplines.
- Provide hands-on training for clinical personnel on the use, fitting, and measurement of compression products to ensure safe and effective use.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Training teams to create educational programs and study days aimed at increasing clinician knowledge.
- Actively explore market potential, assess new client opportunities, and prioritize customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, account progress, and market insights.
- Supply management with accurate and timely reports, including competitor activity.
- Participate in product evaluations and clinical studies, providing feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Work closely with the sales team and other internal functions to ensure the best customer experience and efficient service delivery.
- Represent the company at trade shows, marketing events, and other industry activities to maintain brand visibility and support sales initiatives.
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience in a clinical/nursing environment or sales within the Medical Devices sector is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Lymphoedema and related therapies is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and territory management skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, presentation, and effective communication.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, with occasional international travel for training purposes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
