Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Process/Packaging Engineer to work as part of the inspection compliance team for leading BioPharma based in Dublin. This is a long term hourly rate contract. This will require require to work as part of a wider global network team you will have responsibility for the management of out client's inspection methods, equipment and processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Qualification:
- Independently perform design, development, and qualification activities for packaging processes and equipment.
- Develop and validate vision system recipes to ensure accurate and reliable inspection processes.
- Documentation:
- Author and review protocols, reports, and technical assessments related to packaging processes and equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Deviations & Investigations:
- Lead inspections, manage related deviations, and conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and troubleshoot packaging and process issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Communicate solutions across cross-functional teams and at various organisational levels.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Must thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy working collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and an analytical mindset.
- Experience or interest in working with Vision Systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
- A willingness to learn and continuously improve technical knowledge.
- Experience with mechanical and/or electrical equipment (formal or informal) is essential.
- An inherent curiosity and interest in how things work and how systems can be improved.
