Our client, a leading insurance company, is looking for an experience Regulatory Reporting Manager based in South Dublin
You will manage Solvency II Financial Reporting including quarterly and annual regulatory submissions.
The person:
· ACA /ACCA/CPA qualified accountant
· Minimum 4 years' experience in a financial regulated industry
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
· Experience working in a busy role and working to tight deadlines
· Experience of Solvency II requirements
· Experience in SAP reporting tools and advantage
The role:
· Reporting to the controller
· Responsibility for delivery of all regulatory reporting including
· Managing a small team
· Ensure control framework for all regulatory reporting is in place
· Ensure adequate processes in place to act on any relevant changes to Solvency II and any external regulatory reporting
· Managing annual external regulatory
· Work with actuarial, investments, risk, reinsurance, claims and portfolio underwriting functions to ensure completion of required reporting
· Manage technical regulatory analysis and variance analysis during quarter and year end reporting including escalating to Controller, Financial Controller and CFO as needed.
