Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Develop data-driven insights to support business performance and strategic initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and analysis
- Utilize Power BI and other analytics tools to create meaningful dashboards and reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in collaboration with key stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, and business partnering
- Passion for leveraging data analytics and automation to drive business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
