Our client, a leading energy company in Ireland, are seeking to hire a Shift Supervisor for their Dublin site.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for the daily leadership and management of manufacturing activities and colleagues across production lines in line with strategic KPIs. Strong experience leading diverse team in a fast-paced environment would be essential to success in this position as well as excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will own the entire production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an efficient , safe workspace, prioritizing quality.
- Monitor and track KPIs, ensuring schedules are met and reports are accurate.
- Working closely engineering and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflows and operation of machinery.
- Effectively and properly adapt to any disruptions or outages following procedures.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are in working order with regular preventative maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced production site, ideally from a waste or energy background.
- Strong leadership experience and ability to give direction to the team.
- Excellent planning and reporting skills.
- Knowledge and experience of machinery and maintenance would be an advanatge.
