I'm currently hiring for an experienced Travel Administrator to join a company in Dublin 22 on a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for a strong administrator with excellent organisation skills. Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates will be based onsite 5 days per week.

Salary: €45,000
What will I be doing?
Handling incoming travel and accommodation requests from employees in a timely manager
Assisting with all aspects of travel booking from hotels, to rental cards and taxis
Preparing details itineraries where required
Working with travel agencies to prepare bookings and handle last minute changes
Budget and expense management, tracking travel invoices on a weekly basis
Preparing travel reports to be shared with payroll team
What is required of me?
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent organisational skills
Full working authorisation in Ireland
Strong MS Office experience
Relevant 3rd level qualification
Working knowledge of visa and travel requirements for booking international travel
