What You'll Do
Service & Parts Department Support
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing work orders, and ensuring accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and keeping them updated on their vehicle's progress.
- Help manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to meet customer needs efficiently.
Sales Department Administration
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks like preparing sales documents and updating customer databases.
- Assist with follow-ups and customer inquiries to ensure a smooth and satisfying sales experience.
- Contribute to maintaining an organised and welcoming showroom environment.
Marketing & Social Media
- Collaborate on social media content to highlight promotions, customer success stories, and community initiatives.
- Engage with online followers, responding to messages and inquiries promptly.
- Support creative marketing campaigns that showcase our brand and attract new customers.

Education & Experience
