Within this role you will be responsible for the Benefits Program data and analytics. You will manage reporting requirements within HR and other departments such as Payroll and Finance. As the Total Rewards Coordinator you will be the lead for arranging and coordinating Wellbeing and Benefits activities and events.
As a Temp Total Rewards Coordinator, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Acts as an SME for employees for Benefits queries ensuring quick turnaround times and a positive client experience
- Preparing reporting, data analysis and documentation
- Leave of Absence administration
- Purchase Order management
- Contributing to the development and documentation of procedures to streamline the Benefits processes
- Assisting with various Total Rewards projects such as the Benefits Program and Wellbeing offerings
- Maintaining accurate Total Rewards and organisation data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

- You are team oriented and demonstrate an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You are proficient in MS Office specifically creating and analysing reports and large data sets in Microsoft Excel
To be considered for this opportunity you should have a Bachelor's degree with up to 1 year of relevant experience with knowledge of effective organization delivery.
