Are you an experienced Business Process Analyst with a passion for documenting and improving business workflows in the finance industry? We are looking for a talented individual to join a global financial services company. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop clear, concise, and comprehensive business process documentation that supports operational change and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze and document business processes, workflows, and procedures
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and procedural documents
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of current and proposed practices
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align documentation with business goals
- Stay updated on industry best practices for business process documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
- Proven experience as a Business Process Writer, Technical Writer, or Business Analyst
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable content
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent daily rate on offer which ranges from €400 - €450 depending on experience.
