About The Role
As a System Engineer, you'll be responsible for design and development of intelligent ventilation controls for Automatic Opening Vent (AOV), and Mechanical Smoke Ventilation (MSVS), etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales & Project Execution department for BMS and HVAC control system integration, and application works to facilitate the result of energy efficiency and management as an outcome
- Perform site inspections for reviewing and monitoring of installation programme, to ensure all site works complies with specification requirements and works on list of assumptions to refrain any deviations within the offered solutions to customers
- Deliver pre-sales documents from estimation, compliance list, tender interviews, and technical & material submission for necessary submittals & approval process from customers representatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Information & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or any other relevant Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of BMS & intelligent ventilation control system integration and application experience, preferably all of which is obtained within the sector of Building Technology
- Candidate must have previous knowledge for the enhancement of building systems to improve energy efficiencies
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skillsets and communication skills to facilitate communications and work with key accounts
