Roles/Responsibilities
- Maintain and support cloud infrastructure for payment services, including release planning and incident resolution.
- Perform data extraction tasks and operations in a production cloud environment.
- Implement automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Oversee middleware provisioning and cloud architecture improvements.
- Handle occasional after-hours work for urgent releases or incidents.
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience in Linux-based systems.
- Proven experience with cloud-based container service operations.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation processes.
- Excellent documentation skills for creating manuals and process guidelines.
- Business-level Japanese and conversational English (TOEIC 600).
Preferred skills
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform or Kubernetes environments.
- Middleware expertise in Payara, Apache, MySQL, and Oracle.
- Knowledge of job management tools like JP1/CloudComposer.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or NewRelic.
