Being honest about your experience, values, and motivations helps ensure a genuine fit between you and your future employer. But equally important is doing your research. Take the time to understand the company, the industry, and the role you're applying for. This shows commitment, curiosity, and professionalism but mostly builds confidence. My Background

I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, and also spent a year studying abroad in Australia in my university years, which sparked my appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. I interned at a staffing and recruitment team, where I discovered my passion for helping individuals make meaningful career decisions. After graduation, I joined Morgan McKinley as a new graduate. Being bilingual in Japanese and English, and having lived and worked across cultures, I bring a unique perspective and sensitivity to both Japanese and non-Japanese candidates and clients.
