Key Responsibilities
- Attend surgeries to explain product usage and provide technical support to surgeons and nurses.

- Continuously learn through company resources, academic literature, and internal training.
- Complete comprehensive onboarding and OJT programs to develop into an independent sales specialist.
- Recommend medical solutions based on broad product knowledge to support better clinical outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Over 3 years' sales experience at a medical device manufacturer.
- Valid Japanese driver's license (required for hospital visits and sales activities).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to build trust with doctors and nurses.
- High motivation to continuously study academic content and improve professionally.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Intermediate-Business level (reading academic content is preferred).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of orthopedic medical devices.
- Business-level English for communication with global teams.
