Key Responsibilities
- Drive share expansion within existing hospitals and win adoption at new customer sites to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate actively with team members to support overall regional and team goals.
- Acquire up-to-date product knowledge and sales skills, passing required certification exams.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports and communicate issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage sales expenses and inventory efficiently with strong profit awareness.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies.
- Support the Sales Manager and demonstrate leadership to guide and motivate colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-3+ years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or related fields.
- Valid Japanese driver's license.
Soft Skills:
- A positive, goal-oriented mindset with strong initiative and ownership.
- Team-focused approach with excellent collaboration capability.
- Strong willingness to continually learn new medical knowledge and industry trends.
- High ethical standards and professionalism suitable for working in healthcare settings.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Intermediate to business level (for reading, writing, and communication).

- Knowledge of orthopaedics or experience in related clinical areas.
- Business-level English proficiency.
