Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in professional software development.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies.
Soft Skills:
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level (required for client-facing consulting).
- English: Basic level.
