Roles/Responsibilities
- Initiate the database.
- Support Manager/Site Manager in analyzing assigned issues during activities.
- Update quality tracking sheets, including customer returns and defective product costs.
- Conduct audits on the production line, identify deviations from standards, and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to eliminating customer and quality issues.
- Participate in meetings, ensuring adherence to rules and "Stop at first disagree" and "Stop at first no."
- Revise management plans following problem occurrences.
Required skills
- A bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field.
- More than 5 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering.
- Understanding of the general requirements of quality system standards such as ISO TS16949.
Preferred skills
- Ability to communicate in writing and orally in both English and Japanese.
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods and process management techniques.
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications related to quality assurance activities.
