- Leverage technical acumen to support problem-solving and innovation within the project management team.
- Define project roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure seamless execution across multiple teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required skills
- 10+ years of project management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs while delivering measurable business value.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Preferred skills
- Background in e-commerce, technology, or digital transformation projects.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
