Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by acquiring new client logos within your territory
- Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to deal closure-with structured cadence
- Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships to maximize account value
- Identify new business opportunities across syndicated data and consulting solutions
- Create and execute territory and account development plans
- Apply effective communication, sales, and negotiation techniques to drive results
- Collect and share client feedback to improve service value and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in large B2B environments
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharma Intelligence, or Consulting
- Experience working in global organizations (minimum 5 years)
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong data analysis skills to support strategic client decisions
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, independent or team setting
Language Requirements
Japanese: Fluent English: Fluent (Business-level proficiency)
