A fast-growing global travel tech company is hiring a Country Manager to lead its B2B commercial strategy in Japan. Initially focused on sales leadership, the role offers a path toward broader general management responsibilities based on performance and business alignment. You'll drive enterprise client acquisition, shape the local team, and own revenue performance in a dynamic and expanding business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales strategy targeting enterprise clients in Japan
- Identify new revenue streams and close large-scale B2B deals
- Build and mentor a high-performing local sales team
- Align sales initiatives with regional/global leadership goals
- Own Japan's P&L, revenue forecasting, and market growth strategy
- Act as a key member of the Japan leadership team

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 8+ years in B2B enterprise sales and revenue ownership
- Background in travel tech, SaaS, or B2B technology solutions
- Experience managing sales teams and launching new markets or business units
Soft Skills:
- Strong commercial judgment with a strategic and hands-on mindset
- Comfort working in multicultural, fast-moving environments
- Confident leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Fluent level
