Campus Recruiting Manager opportunity for a leading Japanese Company in the Automotive and Mobility Industry
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy to attract high-caliber talent from leading universities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key academic institutions, career centers, and student organizations.
- Organize and manage campus recruitment events such as career fairs, on-campus interviews, and information sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs and create tailored engagement strategies for specific academic programs.
- Oversee the internship program, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies and program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Required skills
- 5+ years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully managing university relations and recruitment programs.
