C&B Manager at a World Leading Insurance Company
Roles/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Global C&B to introduce and manage global learning programs.
- Monitor and address discrepancies between global and local job grades, ensuring consistency with global standards for job classification and salary ranges.
- Plan, design, implement, and manage C&B-related initiatives to support business strategy, including salary and promotion systems for high-potential employees.
- Establish a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) system to manage low performers, including measures for resignation or demotion.
- Lead the implementation of SAP for HR data and organization management, and build a system for accurate, automated monthly disclosures of human capital information.
