You will design and execute a full security program covering cloud infrastructure, risk management, compliance, and incident response. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's security strategy, governance framework, and long-term roadmap

Establish and manage security controls across cloud infrastructure and internal systems

Lead risk management, compliance efforts, and audit readiness for industry standards

Define and enforce policies for identity management, access control, and secure authentication

Build and oversee incident response, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management processes

Collaborate with executive leadership and engineering teams to ensure organization-wide security alignment

Promote security awareness and prepare to build a dedicated cybersecurity team as the company grows
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

10+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management

Proven experience designing or managing enterprise security programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)

Hands-on experience with cloud security architecture in AWS, GCP, or Azure
-
Strong background in identity management, access control, and security infrastructure

Experience leading security initiatives in regulated industries such as finance or payments

Experience collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams on security matters

Strong leadership with the ability to guide technical and non-technical teams

Excellent communication skills for presenting risk and strategy to stakeholders
