Key Responsibilities
- Support the operational rollout and daily stability of transportation products on the platform.
- Act as a coordination bridge between local teams in Japan and global stakeholders.
- Monitor forecasts, supply readiness, and operational performance to ensure smooth execution.
- Improve internal processes and workflows to increase speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Support issue resolution related to inventory, systems, and cross-team dependencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, platform operations, or internal coordination roles.
- Experience in internet companies, e-commerce, marketplaces, OTA, or platform businesses.
Soft Skills:
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
- Chinese: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Exposure to transportation, mobility, or travel technology businesses.
