A global travel technology company is seeking a Cluster Lead to oversee administration, facilities, and compliance operations across Japan, Korea, and Greater China, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, vendor negotiations, and cost-efficient procurement processes across the cluster.
- Oversee facility maintenance, property management, and space planning to support business needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, driving initiatives for sustainable practices.
- Coordinate travel management activities, including vendor relationships and preferred property negotiations.
- Implement business continuity strategies and supervise contractors for office projects.
Required skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience managing teams in medium to large organizations, including remote leadership.
- Proficiency in facilities management, space planning, and renovation projects.
- Strong negotiation, multitasking, and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
