Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding FX and CFD services via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with account opening procedures and system operations
- Lead, develop, and manage the customer support team
- Collaborate with global support and product teams to enhance service quality
- Investigate and resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction
- Update website content and support deposit and withdrawal procedures
- Streamline customer support processes to improve efficiency and resolution time
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Must hold a Type 1 Financial Instruments Business registration with the Japan Securities Dealers Association
- Must be registered as a securities agent with the Financial Futures Association of Japan
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
Technical Skills:
- Basic PC operation and typing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and task prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency
- English: Intermediate to Business-level proficiency
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of FX or CFD trading and a strong interest in financial markets
- Customer service experience in the financial industry (FX, CFDs, derivatives)
- Interest or experience in online trading service providers
