Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage accounting operations, including month-end closings and compliance with international reporting standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide actionable insights and drive strategic growth.
- Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with local and corporate regulations.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team, focusing on career growth and operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficient in financial regulations and Japanese market dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to meet tight deadlines.
