Roles/Responsibilities
- Provide strategic consulting services to clients within the fintech ecosystem, such as banks, PSPs, Payment Gateways, Corporate/Enterprise customers, public sector and working with the Japan Government
- Assisting them in leveraging technology to optimize their operations, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current business processes, systems, and technology infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to design and implement fintech solutions that address clients' pain points and align with industry best practices.
- Drive workshops, meetings, and presentations with clients to effectively communicate complex concepts, gather requirements, and guide stakeholders through the implementation process.
- Always be informed about emerging fintech trends, regulations, and competitive landscape, and provide thought leadership and actionable insights to both internal teams and clients making sure how you can strategize for potential partnerships or business opportunity.
Required skills
- Strong background in fintech or financial services consulting/professional services industry, with a deep understanding of various financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services roles, specifically within the fintech domain, where you have successfully delivered projects and solutions to clients.
- Even without fintech domain is fine, however must have passion and interest for this growing sector
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business challenges, identify opportunities, and design innovative fintech solutions that deliver effective results to customers
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
