Roles/Responsibilities
- Analyze current operations and systems, design business processes (e.g., SCM), and support system migration/integration as a PMO or SME.
- Assist with designing and implementing global business applications and IT transformations.
- Utilize firm's global methodologies to solve client challenges related to regulatory compliance, business integration, and operational transformation.
- Driving operational changes and system upgrades in response to global environmental shifts.
- Planning and executing integration strategies during mergers and acquisitions.
- Developing service management frameworks for IT and business processes.
- Implementing advanced technology for process optimization and BPM solutions.
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, SI vendor projects, or IT planning roles.
- Hands-on experience in BPR projects and system implementations (SDLC knowledge required).
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
Preferred skills
- Cloud solution projects and architecture design.
- Experience leveraging digital technologies and ecosystems.
- SDGs-related reporting and integrated reporting.
