Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the AI consulting practice
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) who are looking at investing into AI in Japan
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth within the AI analytics and Data science areas
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
• Recruit mentor and develop strong consultants for the AI and transformation practice

Required skills

• Experience in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, System Integration, or Sales with a focus on Digital Transformation and AI.
• Strong relationships with executives in key client accounts in Japan
• Experience winning large DX and AI deals with clients in Japan while managing consulting execution/delivery
• Business level English
