Confidential Role to Head the Manufacturing Sales division
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead the sales strategy and execution for the firm's Manufacturing consulting division
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) in the manufacturing industry in Japan (both new business development and account management)
- Develop and implement tactics to drive revenue growth, including managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the retail sector.
Required skills
- Experience in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, Sales focused on the Manufacturing Industry, or as a Leadership member in a major manufacturing firm
- Strong relationships with executives in key manufacturing client accounts in Japan
- Experience winning large deals with manufacturing clients in Japan and managing consulting execution/delivery
- Business level English
