Confidential leadership role to Head the Sales Division
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Sales practice
- Main strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) across industries in Japan
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and owning the P&L
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting our Client's Industries
- Recruit mentor and develop strong sales consultants
Required skills
- Experience managing teams of sales professionals ideally in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, or System Integrators
- Strong relationships with executives in major client accounts in Japan
- Experience winning large deals across multiple sectors in Japan and account managing consulting execution/delivery
- Business level English
