Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner, advising on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR Business Partner roles.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Soft Skills:

Language Requirements
- English: Fluent.
- Japanese: Intermediate to Business level.
