A global digital services company operating at the intersection of e-commerce and technology is seeking an HR Specialist to strengthen organizational resilience within a fast-growing, cross-functional marketing organization. This role focuses on employee relations, labor management, and HR risk mitigation, working closely with business leaders to support a healthy, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide employee relations and labor management consultation, including workplace issues, leave programs, and work-life balance initiatives
- Support occupational health and safety programs, including physician coordination, stress checks, and health management initiatives
- Operate and support performance evaluation processes, including communication, data management, and system improvements
- Advise leaders and managers on HR and labor matters, supporting organizational problem-solving and risk management
- Support implementation of HR policies and systems in collaboration with central HR teams
- Analyze HR data and contribute insights to organizational development, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Participate in HR projects such as recruitment, training, HR system improvements, and onboarding/offboarding support
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in employee relations or labor management
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience handling employee consultations, workplace issues, and sensitive cases with confidentiality
- Experience supporting HR processes such as performance evaluations, leave administration, and onboarding/offboarding
- Ability to work with HR data, reports, and standard office systems (e.g. Excel, HR systems)

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Business level
