Required skills
- Experience in IT consulting or IT strategy planning in relevant industries
- Project management experience, including leading teams and managing stakeholders
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills
Preferred skills
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent
- Experience in global or cross-border IT projects
- Knowledge of industry-specific technologies or solutions
